“I’ve been deliberating about leaving this review, but feel I should warn others. I asked for a trim of my existing layers and explained I had some damage. We agreed to cut the length in two sessions. I left with a blow-dry and only realised after washing that massive chunks of my hair are now ear-length while other parts are past my collarbone (not blended at all). She tried to blend it when I returned and gave me a full refund, which I appreciate, but sadly that doesn’t make my hair grow back.”
